A barbecue mission in Brentwood, Essex supported by On the Move – East
Everyone likes a free burger! Barbecues are a great way to connect with people. On the Move-East is there to help YOU put on a big barbecue mission event in your town. We are a not-for-profit Christian organisation which is ‘on the move’ helping churches from East London to East Anglia lay on barbecue events for outreach in high streets and parks. And while you are at it, you can make friends with people in your town, and have a great time as well.
How can we help?
We have the equipment: extra-large barbecue griddles which can cook simply enormous quantities of burgers and sausages, cooking equipment, vast numbers of picnic tables and chairs.
We have the know-how: we can show you how to organise a big BBQ event, and train your team in Food Hygiene and conversational evangelism.
We have the experience: we have been doing this for ten years. We have seen churches growing together, doing evangelism in confidence. We have seen people healed, lives changed, – and churches want to do it again.
